👋 Hi I'm Jen Vigil, 52 year old creator of The FatLoss Formula, fitness and nutrition coach for 40+women with a specialization in metabolic and hormonal function.  

 

My friend, I am no stranger to the chaos that peri-menopause can bring to women's lives. Even with my 30 years experience in the industry helping women with fat loss, it wasn't until my own world got rocked in my mid-forties that I realized I needed to find some answers.

New answers to the new body and hormonal shifts I was going through. 

And because of my history of doing extreme approaches earlier in life, I was not willing to cut out all the food I love, coffee, alcohol or many of the other strategies you see on social media.

And while I've never cared about having a 6-pack,  I DID want to find a way to stay lean, strong and energetic as I age!
